§1 General provisions and information about the seller

These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the general conditions for placing Orders in the Millow Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the Store) located at www.millow.eu .

The prices given in the Store are expressed in Polish currency (PLN) and are gross prices. Product prices do not include delivery costs.

In the further part of the Regulations, we call the person intending to purchase goods in our online store the "Customer".

The purchase of goods in the Store may only be made by adults or by legal persons or organizational units without legal personality.

Before placing an order, the customer is obliged to read and accept these Regulations. Acceptance of the Regulations is a necessary condition for using the Store's services and takes place when completing the order form.
§2 Definitions
The terms used in the regulations mean:
- Millow: Online store located at www.millow.eu
- Regulations: these regulations regarding the provision of electronic services within the Millow Online Store.
- Seller: Medioma Prus Mateusz based at ul. Karola Szymanowskiego 4/25, 62-510 Konin NIP: 665-301-38-50, REGON: 380097150. Owner of the Millow Online Store selling Goods through it without the simultaneous presence of the Parties using the telecommunications network.
- Customer: a natural person, private person or organizational unit making purchases in the Millow Online Store.
- Parties: Seller and Customer.
- Goods: available assortment offered by the Seller for retail sale in the Millow Online Store.
- Price: expressed in Polish currency (PLN), includes tax (gross amount). Product prices do not include delivery costs.
- Agreement: distance sales agreement concluded between the Parties within the meaning of the Civil Code and the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, concluded via the Millow online store.
- Personal data: personal data of the Customer, processed for the purpose of executing the Order by the Seller: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, correspondence address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country).
- Cart : an electronic order form provided by the Seller on the Millow online store website, through which the Customer purchases Goods.
- Order - this should be understood as a legal act (conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement) performed using the Basket, during which the Customer expresses his willingness to purchase selected Goods in accordance with their description and Price.
- Order Processing : activities undertaken by the Seller to deliver the ordered Goods to the address indicated by the Customer.
- Delivery : type of transport service along with the specification of the carrier (e.g. courier company) and the costs of this service.
- Delivery cost : fee for Delivery of Goods to the Customer determined by the delivery time and costs in the Millow Online Store.
- Payments : an activity consisting in payment, in the manner specified in these Regulations, of the indicated Price of Goods and Delivery Costs.
- Proof of purchase : this should be understood as confirmation of the conclusion of the Agreement between the Seller and the Customer, e.g. in the form of a bill, invoice or confirmation of payment.
- Postal address: name and surname, or name of the institution, location in the town (in the case of a town divided into a street: street, building number, apartment or apartment number; in the case of a town divided into streets: name of the town, property number, postal code and town) .

§3 Using the online store and ordering
- The condition for using the online store is to accept the Regulations and provide personal data marked as mandatory.
- The store reserves the right to withdraw from the sales transaction in the event of unavailability of the goods from the supplier. The funds paid by the Customer will then be immediately returned to the bank account indicated by the Customer.
- The Millow Online Store may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Online Store in special cases, such as: providing false data during registration in the Online Store, or when the data is incomplete, outdated, misleading or violating the rights of third parties. Moreover, in the event of other behavior that may be considered by the Seller to be inconsistent with applicable law, offensive to good manners or detrimental to the good name of the Seller.
- Orders in the Store can be placed via the Order form available on the Store's website. To order Goods, select the type of goods and their quantity by adding them to the Cart, and then, after checking whether the selected goods and their quantities are consistent with the Customer's will, click the "Buy and pay" button.
- Electronic orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed in the morning of the next business day.
- The information contained on the Store's website for the purchased Goods at the time of placing the Order is binding on the Parties, in particular: Price, characteristics of the Goods, their features, elements included in the set, date and method of Delivery.
- When placing an order, the customer undertakes to provide all information necessary to complete the order truthfully. If false data is provided, the Store has the right to withdraw from the order by notifying the Customer.
- The purchase can be finalized when the Customer provides: a) data needed to complete the order, b) ordered products, c) delivery method (courier company, parcel lockers), d) payment method (details are included in Section 4 of these Regulations).
- The conclusion of the contract with the Customer takes place when the Order is placed.
- The contract is concluded in Polish, in accordance with Polish law and these regulations.
- The purchased product/products are shipped immediately, if you choose to pay by transfer or Przelewy24, immediately from the moment the payment is credited to the Store's bank account.
- The Customer is obliged to pay the Price under the Purchase Agreement within 7 business days from the date of its conclusion, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. Failure to pay the Customer within the appropriate deadline means cancellation of the Order (if payment other than cash on delivery is selected).
- Placing an Order and its confirmation by the Customer in the manner indicated in point. 3.1 constitutes a legally binding Sales Agreement concluded between the Online Store and the Customer.
- In cases where the Seller is unable to send the Goods ordered by the Customer, the Seller undertakes to send a substitute Good for the same price, selected by the Customer, or to refund the payment for the Goods and the shipment, having previously informed the Customer about this electronically.
§4 Delivery and payments
- The customer can pay via PayPal, Stripe or Przelewy24.
- Delivery of the ordered Goods is carried out via the courier companies Pocztex and Inpost. In the city of Konin and in the stationary showroom at: Żychlin, Osiedle Słoneczne 80, 62-571 Stare Miasto, you can use the free personal pickup option.
- The ordered Goods are delivered in accordance with the Supplier's regulations.
- The goods are sent to the Customer by the Seller within 3 business days from the date the payment is credited to the Seller's bank account.
- The customer covers the total delivery cost.
- Delivery of Goods is limited to the European Union, except for the following countries: Cyprus, Malta, Latvia and takes place to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.
- Orders are processed and delivered on business days. The shipping price depends on the form of payment, country of delivery and the value of the order.
§5 Complaints
- In the event of non-compliance of the Goods with the contract, the Customer undertakes to contact the Seller within two months from the moment the defect is discovered by notifying the Seller by sending information to the e-mail address shop@millow.eu
- In the complaint, the Customer should provide the name, surname, correspondence address, telephone number, date of detection of the defect, provide a description of the Goods complained about and a clear description of its non-compliance with the Agreement.
- The Store will consider the Customer's complaint within 30 days of receipt of the Goods.
- Complaints related to the purchased Goods will be considered on the basis of the provisions of the Civil Code.
- Transport costs related to the complaint procedure are covered by the Customer.
- Medioma Prus Mateusz takes steps to ensure the fully correct operation of the Store, to the extent that results from current technical knowledge, and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by Customers within a reasonable time.
- The Customer may report irregularities related to the operation of the Store in writing to the following address: Medioma Prus Mateusz ul. Karola Szymanowskiego 4/25, 62-510 Konin, with the note "IRALITIES RELATED TO THE OPERATION OF THE STORE" or to the e-mail address: shop@millow.eu.
- In the complaint, the Customer should provide his name and surname, correspondence address, type and date of occurrence of the irregularity related to the operation of the Store.
- The store undertakes to consider each complaint within 30 days from the date of its receipt.
§6 Withdrawal from the contract
- Pursuant to the Act of May 30, 2014. on consumer rights The customer has the right to withdraw from the online sales contract without giving a reason within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the parcel. To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a scan of the signed declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the e-mail address shop@millow.eu.
- If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the goods should be returned to the Store immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the moment of withdrawal from the sales contract (i.e. from the date of sending the declaration of withdrawal).
- The Store undertakes to refund the costs incurred by the Customer (including the cost of delivery of the Goods to the Customer, provided that the Customer has chosen the cheapest delivery method, otherwise the delivery costs will not be refunded to the Customer) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods.
- Pursuant to the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights, the direct costs of returning the goods due to withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods are borne by the Customer (Article 34(2)).
- The Customer is not entitled to the right to withdraw from the contract and return the Goods if the Goods received by the Customer were delivered in a sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening the packaging due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery.
- The returned goods cannot show any signs of use beyond those resulting from normal management of the item. The returned goods must be complete and, if possible, packed in the original packaging.
§7 Personal data and privacy policy
- The data administrator is Medioma Prus Mateusz with its registered office at ul. Karola Szymanowskiego 4/25, 62-510 Konin. Personal data is processed for the purpose of implementing the Sales Agreement based on the order placed in the Store by the Customer, in connection with the handling of complaints and returns arising from the concluded Sales Agreement, for the technical and statistical needs of the Store, for marketing purposes, in order to send the newsletter, including information commercial, after the Customer's prior consent.
- Providing Personal Data by the customer is voluntary, although it is necessary for the implementation of the Sales Agreement.
- Each Store Customer has the opportunity to view and update personal data.
- The Store Owner is entitled to disclose personal data administered by him only to entities authorized under applicable law.
- The information contained in access logs may contain various data, e.g. IP address. The Store Owner uses them only for technical purposes. The Store Owner reserves the right to share the data referred to herein with entities authorized under specific provisions (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
- The Store uses cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the Customer's computer, which contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the Store, in particular the authorization process. Personal data is not processed or stored using cookies.
- Details regarding the privacy policy and cookie policy are described in the 'Privacy Policy' tab of the Online Store.
§8 Intellectual property
- All names of the Goods in the Millow Online Store, their descriptions and photos are used for identification purposes and are legally protected or reserved.
- By sending the Seller photos containing products purchased or received from the Millow Online Store or showing the effects of products purchased or received from the Millow Online Store, the Customer declares that he/she has the copyright to them and automatically consents to the publication of these materials on the Online Store's website and on the Online Store's profiles. on social networking sites.
§9 Final provisions
- These Regulations enter into force on the day of their publication on the Online Store website.
- These Regulations apply to all Customers regardless of the form of placing the order.
- The Seller reserves the right to change the regulations. Changes to the provisions of these Regulations will be published on the Online Store website.
- In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014. 827).
